Candy Inc: Sweet Factory - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the game Candy Inc: Sweet Factory Tycoon ("the game"). By downloading or playing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Using the game

The game is free to download and play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to play it on your devices for non-commercial purposes. Your progress is saved on your device; uninstalling the app or changing devices may erase it.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

The game offers optional in-app purchases (such as Crystals, packs and cosmetic items) and optional subscriptions. Purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Virtual items and currency have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Refunds follow the policies of the App Store or Google Play and the applicable consumer law.

Ads

The game shows optional rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. Watching them is always your choice. See the Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

Conduct

Do not cheat, modify, hack, reverse engineer or exploit bugs in the game, and do not use it to break any law. We may limit or stop access to the game if these Terms are broken.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, characters, story, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not give you any right over them beyond the license above.

Limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of progress. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update the game and these Terms. The date above shows the current version; continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and contact
