What the game stores

Candy Inc does not ask for an account, name, e-mail or phone number. Your progress (factory, candies, purchases already delivered and settings) is saved only on your device. We do not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

The game shows optional rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device data such as the advertising identifier, IP address (approximate location), device model, crash and performance data and ad interactions. When required by law the app asks for your consent, and on iPhone the system asks whether you allow tracking. You can change these choices at any time in your device settings or in the game settings. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card data. We only receive a purchase confirmation to deliver the item. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings.

Children

The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads follow Google's policies for the app's audience.

Your rights
